The conference educational programs will be based upon the framework of the SHRM body of knowledge and reflect major trends shaping the workplace. The conference committee may combine or eliminate a conference topic at later stages of conference planning. However, this will not affect the selection process. All topics will be considered.

All rooms will be set-up classroom style and will be equipped with the following:

(Laptop computers may be provided. Indicate if you plan to bring your own.)
Unless requested the following equipment will not be available: overhead, flip chart, white board and VCR.
HRABC also does not provide internet access.

Agreement and Understanding
By signing this proposal, I understand that:
I will not receive a fee or expenses paid for my appearance.
If selected, I agree to adhere to the deadline schedule furnished by Conference organizers.
I understand that my conference presentation is not a showcase for promotion of my business, practice or product, and I will not "sell" my products or services from the HRABC speaker platform.
I will not conduct this exact presentation to a similar Florida SHRM group within 60 days prior to the conference.
I will not change the subject or title of my accepted presentation without the approval from the Conference organizers.
Concurrent Session speakers will be required to submit an electronic file of their presentation to HRABC prior to the event. Additional information concerning deadlines and format will be provided upon acceptance as a speaker.
I understand that HRABC is not responsible for shipping and/or printing charges.
